Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
New Zealand Free on orders $150 and over - $8 flat rate below that. Allow 2–3 days for delivery.
Australia Free on orders AUD $200 and over - $25 flat rate below that. Allow 5–10 days for delivery.
USA Free on orders USD $250 and over - $40 flat rate below that. Allow 15–20 days for delivery.
Rest of World Free on orders NZD $500 and over - $40 flat rate below that. Allow 15–20 days for delivery.
Duties & Taxes
New Zealand orders are GST inclusive. For international orders, any applicable taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of your ship date, provided they are unused, unwashed, in original condition, and have original tags attached.
Return shipping is at your cost. Items that don't meet the above conditions will be returned to you, also at your cost.
Refunds
Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchanged, within the 30-day return period.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders paid with a gift card are not eligible for a monetary refund.
Exchanges
Exchange any full-priced item within 30 days of your order date for a different item or size. Send it back to us in original condition with tags attached, and we'll ship your exchange free of charge.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a gift card valid for 12 months. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount.
International Orders
For customers outside New Zealand, we allow a longer exchange window — just notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving your order. Return and exchange postage costs are your responsibility both ways.
How to Return or Exchange
All returns require pre-approval. Email us at info@nuiorganics.store with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we'll send you instructions and a returns form. Returns without a completed form will not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked, insured postal service. Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 days of receipt.
Sale Items
Sale items (any item marked down from full price) are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. They can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
Final Sale items are marked clearly in the product description and cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you're unsure, please reach out before you buy - we're happy to help.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 10 days of receipt. If the fault is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
