All intellectual property relating to this website and Nui Organics products remains ours. You're welcome to use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes — any other use requires our permission.


Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or browser settings, and we can't take responsibility for that variation. Photography and descriptions on this site are for guidance only and do not form part of your purchase contract.


Pricing & Payment

Prices shown do not include shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and most major credit cards. Accepted payment methods may vary by region.


Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you promptly and give you the option to pay the correct price or cancel. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll reach out with an alternative or a full cancellation.


Terms of Sale

We require full payment before dispatching your order. An order confirmation email means we've received your order — not that we've accepted it. Acceptance and the contract between us is confirmed when we send your dispatch notification.


Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk in your order passes to you on delivery.


Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to refunding, repairing, or replacing defective or missing products, and will not exceed the price you paid. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Warranty

We stand behind our products. If you receive something you believe is defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll arrange a replacement. If the fault is confirmed, we'll cover all replacement shipping costs.
