I get these for thicker ski thermals, and they double as PJs, which works out great. They're really warm and cozy and cute! The knees do wear out after a while but my boys are hard in stuff! We just patch the knees and keep on wearing them.

These are much thicker than other NUI leggings I've purchased before...and I'm glad for it! These are thick yet flexible for movement, so they will be just great for any sort of everyday activity. With the thicker weave, I can see these leggings lasting a lot longer than the thinner NUI leggings we are used to. I hope these remain a staple on the website because I'd definitely purchase them every year!

I have been buying these leggings in multiple colors each year for my now-three-year-old and we love them so much. I haven't found wool leggings anywhere else that I like nearly as much. These are a nice thickness to really keep the child warm and because of this they can be worn with or without additional layers, depending on weather, of course. The ribbing gives a nice stretch and they return well to their shape even without washing. Of course, they are also easy to wash, which is key. The only downside is they usually sell out quickly and don't seem to be available most of the year. We love them with the matching tops.

I love these for my kids. They go to school outside and need warm layers. I often put thermals on them and then these leggings over those for protection from wet and cold. I also love that nui doesn’t use superwash with microplastics.

The color of these leggings is a perfect deep sea blue. Also appreciate the longer leg length for extended use.

These are such lush leggings for winter! They are so cute and are great casual or to dress baby up a bit (mine wore his on Christmas, etc!) They are so soft and cozy and I always feel happy wrapping my babies up in these when the weather turns chilly.

Must have layer for many different conditions. Cozy at home but warm and dry for wet conditions. Easy to fold up and grow with kids as well.

These pants are the best I've ever found. Not only are they warm and not scratchy, they are so soft.

My three children wear these all winter. They go to an outdoor school and when combined with a wool base layer they stay warm all Minnesota winter long. They last at least two seasons for each kid and are, by far, the most durable and thick wool pants. I'm shocked that we have several pairs that have gone through all three... That's six years!!!

I sized up for my cloth-diapered baby and am looking forward to having her wear these for at least two Oregon winters. She's a big girl with a big diaper so she started wearing size 12-18 month at 5 months with the bottom of the legs folded up. I liked these so much that I went ahead and bought a second pair.

These are so nice! Durable, warm, and not itchy for my sensitive daughter. They held up very nicely. We usually get 2-3 seasons out of each pair (before outgrowing).

My daughter LOVES these bottoms! She also has the top and it has been almost a daily staple this winter. The sizing is great and she will be able to wear it more than one season and then pass it down to her brother when she's done with it! So warm as a base layer while outside playing in the snow and super comfy for lounging around the house in!

A must have baby item, warm, breathable and soooooo soft. Great for kids not on the move and on the move. Have worn ours from newborn to crawling and we still have length in the leg. We will definitely be buying the next size up.

My boys call these their “cozies”. They are obsessed with them. We just wore them for 7 days straight skiing with a thermal top and a knit sweater. Not once did they say they were cold. And I never needed to wash because wool is amazing. Never smelled! Never felt it was dirty. Convinced that I will never stop buying these!

Thank you so much for these incredible wool leggings. My daughter loves them. I especially love the length. They can be worn bunched up or rolled up. I have rolled them and they have stayed put the entire day! I was worried they would unroll easily and be a nuisance but that is not the case. I love buying quality items that are beautiful and will last.

These leggings are wonderful - so soft, easy to get on and off wriggling little bodies, and they last forever! They are my go to for our toddler from autumn-spring. Worth every penny!

These are so soft and keep my baby very warm. They run long so she’ll be wearing them well past 12 months.

We bought these leggings in deep sea color for our 1yo and 8yo. We loved these. We used them pretty much everyday as a second layer during our two week winter vacation. We are from a tropical weather and it was very important for us to keep our children, specially our little one, as protected (and comfortable) as possible.

Let me start by saying these are incredible soft. I know most merino wool products out there are advertised as super soft but these take the title home in our opinion. We bought several base layer sets for us and our children, all merino wool, and all from top premium brands, and while they were soft, Nui Organics was by far the softest feel. For the most important part, they did the job extremely well. We visited Canada and experienced temperatures down to minus single digits Fahrenheit (-26C). That is very cold for us. Let alone the feels like temperatures. Our baby was out for limited time at a time, but our 8yo used these for ski lessons and was exposed to these temperatures for several hours straight. We are certainly very happy with the performance.

We have so many good things to say about these leggings. They look beautiful in deep sea, they are super comfortable, they are stretchy so for us was ideal since we intended them as a second or middle layer, but might be a bit loose for first or base layer if you intend a tight fit. That being said, we did used it as base layer for both children sometimes in situations when the temperature was not as harsh or we were outside very limited time and it was fine.

One last thing I wanted to mentioned is that the fit was just right for both our baby and our older son. There is definitely room to grow since the leggings are longer than they needed and we would just roll them up.

Just like all the other reviews, I love these leggings! I bought the deep sea color in size 12-18m a couple months ago for my now 10 month old baby boy. The deep sea is beautiful- it’s a mixture of the colors pine and navy. My boy is about 28” long and 20lbs. I roll the cuffs up to his knees- it’s very low profile and not at all obtrusive when he’s army crawling and/or walking (with me assisting). The waist is a tad loose (not enough to slip down or fall off) which I prefer because who likes a restrictive waistband on their belly? No one. Like all Nui products, these are warm without the bulk, soft and comfy, durable, look great, and superb quality. I highly recommend these leggings (I have them too), they are seriously the best! We wear them daily!

I ordered these for both my boys. My oldest wears them under his jeans when at Nature School and loves them! He's outside all day and needs to say warm. These are thin enough so they are not bukly but keep him warm and dry. I put them on my toddler as pants or as an underlayer under his snow suit. I did size up so they can last for another few years .

We have these in two colors and sizes, and they're both worn constantly (they're on their third winter). They run long but sizing is flexible –– my 11 yo wears mostly size 10 clothing, and her size 10 leggings are still a little long, but no problem. She sleeps in them most nights when it's cold. Her size 6 pair is more snug and hits at her ankle, so she wears them under dresses during the day. My 7 yo and 11 yo both prefer to wear these over a baselayer in the snow instead of thick snow pants.

I love that these don't require constant washing (mainly when there's a spill or lots of mud). When they get stretched out in the knees I spray with a bit of water and hang to dry. As for durability, I have mended a couple small holes on each, which is amazing for the wear they get. They're perfect.

My kids wear this multiple times a week. They work as great cozy leggings at home on chilly days, or as the one layer under snow pants, or with thinner legging underneath them for more layering. I don't wash them often...they really don't retain odors and they do well with a good shake and spot cleaning. They do need to be washed by hand though -- even a gentle cycle tightens up the weave. We love them.

I put both my kids in these but they are especially great for my younger who is on the thin side and tends to get cold - they are thick, warm, flexible, comfy, and not at all itchy. We use them as an underlayer on really cold days, or as pants alone or leggings under a skirt mid fall through early spring. The amount of stretch is great - she is 90th percentile for height and 70th for weight and she wore the size2 leggings the winters she was 7-10months, 1.5, and 2.5 (initially with lower legs folded way up for even more warmth!) and is now in the size4 at 3.5 - I expect they will fit next year at least!

We love these pants and our baby wears them almost everyday this winter. We were gifted 6-12 months and currently roll them up for our 6 month old. Definitely plan to get more as he grows but I think he will be able to wear this pair next winter. Love the color too

I love these pants for my toddler! She attends an outdoor forest school and no matter the weather, these pants are great. I never worry about her getting too cold when I dress her in these. They are comfortable for play and so easy to care for. They stay on and don’t roll down. I bought a little big and just roll the cuffs. I have two in different colors and just rotate them as needed. I love them so much, I bought a pair for myself!

I love that these will grow with my children! I don’t have to wash them after every use, and they are a surprisingly durable knit! Soft and cozy, no itching!

These run big but can be rolled up. Love the color so all of my kids can wear them. They don’t show dirt so much and they layer easily. These are just so warm and soft for our Wisconsin winters. My daughter never complains of cold when she’s wearing these leggings and matching sweater. She attends a Waldorf school where they are outdoors nearly all day in the harsh Wisconsin winter. These are thicker leggings, like a sweater legging.

Love these leggings. The thickness is great. Warm on their own for cooler nights at home. Thin enough to wear as a base layer under thicker winter clothes.
