Our MerinoSilk Snood is a simple, incredibly useful layer made from 70% organic merino wool and 30% silk. Soft enough to wear directly against the face and neck, it provides lightweight natural warmth without the bulk of a scarf.
Pull it up over the nose and cheeks when the wind picks up, wear it around the neck for extra warmth, or push it up as a headband. The naturally stretchy fabric sits comfortably in place while remaining breathable - whether you're walking, hiking, skiing or simply heading out on a cold morning.
Merino is particularly clever around the face because it naturally absorbs and manages moisture while continuing to insulate when damp. So when you're breathing hard on a cold day, the fabric helps move moisture away rather than leaving a cold, clammy synthetic layer against your skin.
