Thinner than Dory but more versatile
Daughter outgrew the Dory and there weren't any larger sizes available so we decided to try the Potae. I missed the thickness of the Dory but to be honest, this one is more versatile. I think the Dory was better for 6 mo-2 year, but now my toddler actually prefers a thinner hat. She runs around so much that the thicker hats make her too hot. So, I'm glad we ended up getting this one!

Favorite Beanie
This has been by far our favorite beanie for our son. His head is quite large and this fits great. We bought 2 after the first was lost!

Beautiful color, beautiful material

VERY cute and comfy hat
My baby had the Dory Beanie and I loved it but he grew out of it. The Dory's were sold out so I bought a Potato beanie and it is actually perfect because it is less thick than the Dory. It is a nice lightweight toque perfect for Spring, Fall, and Winter in Western Canada.
