The Bernard has a relaxed, generous fit - but it fits closer to true size than our Fishline Sweater. Most customers find their usual size works well; if you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, size up. If you want a fitted result, size down.

A piece of heaven
My parents joke about the amount of outerwear I have; I’m always in search of the perfect jacket or cozy sweater. THIS is it. It’s the perfect weight, feel, softness, hang, everything. I love the buttons, I love the color, I love that it’s organic, I love that I don’t need to ever buy another sweater.

I love the color, feel and style of this cardi! Super warm! From my experience with another Nui sweater I sized down from a Medium to a Small and it fits perfectly.

Wearing this every day
Loving this piece. I usually buy mediums but I purchased a small as I wanted a more fitted look. It is still an oversized look but I am totally happy with the way it looks. My only feedback would be to add pockets. When I am wearing all NUI, leggings, thermal and this sweater there isn't a place for keys, phone, snacks etc. I am amazed how transitional this piece is. We have had some variable weather and I am always comfortable in it. Haven't had to wash it yet as airing it out and sunshine seems to do the trick. Love it and wish I had snagged it in the blue color too! Maybe next season.

I have this in a different color (currently sold out) and it is amazing. Warm, beautiful shape and knit, and expertly made. Cannot praise this enough. The buttons are a great material and size too. Love it (and wish I had bought a matching one for my kiddo!

Cozy sweater
I ordered this sweater in Oatmeal and it just arrived, so I can't speak to the longevity of the piece. First impressions are good - it's got a wooly smell I'm sure will pass, not itchy at all (I love wool and rarely am sensitive to it, but this feels especially soft). It's spongy and generously sized (I went with the S, my usual size, and although I'm sure I could have sized down I feel it's meant to be loose). The buttons are not as pictured on my sweater - they are a dark brown. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and I think this will get a lot of wear.
